These terms are between you and Tidalux Ltd for TapYes, the working-memory reminder app and website at tapyes.ch. By downloading, installing, or using TapYes, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use TapYes.

What TapYes is
TapYes puts one name on one button and reminds you at the time you pick. It is a personal reminder tool. It is not a clinic, not the NHS, not a medical device, and not medical advice. You choose what goes on the button. You choose whether to tap Yes. TapYes does not tell you what to take, when to take it, or whether you should.
TapYes is listed for ages 18 and over. It is not in Designed for Families and is not directed at children under 13.
What stays free
The core reminder is free: one Yes button, all three nag levels, on-device save, and Yes logs on your phone. We will not paywall the reminder itself. That is the product promise.
Keep (optional paid features)
Keep is optional. It adds another reminder, the same reminder on a new device, Flow (a private chart of taps, one medicine at a time), and a home-screen button. Each extra medicine or supplement has its own time, and one Yes can take the open ones together. On this website you sign in before paying, so the receipt follows that account. Prices are shown in the store or on tapyes.ch/keep.html: £0.99 a month, or £4.99 once, including tax where the store collects it.
- On Android, Keep is sold through Google Play.
- On iPhone, Keep is sold through the App Store.
- On this website, Keep is sold through Stripe.
The monthly plan renews until you cancel in the store where you bought it. The once price is not a subscription. Refunds follow the store or Stripe rules that applied at purchase. Tidalux does not run a separate refund desk outside those channels, but you can always write to support@tidalux.io.
Your account and spare key
You can use TapYes without signing in. If you turn on the optional Google spare key, you are also bound by Google’s terms for that sign-in. You are responsible for the Google account you use. Keep your device and accounts secure.
Your responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use TapYes only for lawful personal reminders.
- Not rely on TapYes as a substitute for professional medical advice or emergency care.
- Not reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the service to harm others or overload our systems.
- Not use TapYes to store or share content that is illegal, abusive, or infringes someone else’s rights.
If you break these rules, we may suspend access to server-backed features. Local reminders on your phone still belong to you; we cannot reach into your device to switch them off.
No medical reliance
TapYes may fail: notifications can be delayed, silenced, or missed because of OS settings, battery, aeroplane mode, or human error. Do not use TapYes as your only system for time-critical medicine. If you are unwell or unsure, contact a clinician or emergency services.
Availability and changes
We may update TapYes, change features, or stop offering parts of the service. We will try not to remove the free reminder without notice. We may change these terms. The date at the bottom shows when they last changed. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Intellectual property
TapYes, its name, look, and code belong to Tidalux Ltd or its licensors. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app and site for yourself. You do not get ownership of the software.
Disclaimer
TapYes is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular medical purpose.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law, including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
Subject to that, Tidalux Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from missed reminders, store billing disputes handled by Google or Apple, or reliance on TapYes instead of professional care. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to TapYes is limited to the amount you paid Tidalux for Keep in the twelve months before the claim, or £50, whichever is greater.
Ending use
You can stop using TapYes any time by uninstalling the app or clearing its storage. To delete optional server data, use delete account or delete data. Cancelling Keep does not delete your on-device reminders.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in the country where you live.
