Delete my TapYes data

This page is for TapYes by Tidalux Ltd. Use it to delete data without deleting the optional Google spare key, or when you never made one.

On this phone (no email needed)

1. Open TapYes, Options, and change or clear the name, times, and extra bits you no longer want.
2. Or: Android Settings, Apps, TapYes, Storage, Clear data. Or uninstall TapYes.

That removes Yes logs, the medicine name, reminder time, look, and local settings. It is instant. Tidalux never received those Yes logs.

Server backup box only

If you used optional Google, you can ask Tidalux to delete the encrypted prefs box and still keep using TapYes, including signing in again later as a blank spare key.

What is deleted

On device: whatever you clear or uninstall. On a Tidalux host: the encrypted prefs box for your hashed Google id, if one exists.

What is kept

If you only clear the phone, any server box stays until you ask. If you only ask us to delete the server box, the copy on the phone stays until you clear it. Deletion emails may be kept for up to 12 months as a record of the request.

We aim to finish server deletion within 14 days.
