Delete my TapYes account

This page is for TapYes by Tidalux Ltd. Use it to request deletion of the optional Google spare key and any associated server data.

How to request deletion

1. Tap the button below. It opens an email to Tidalux.
2. Send it from the Google account you used in TapYes, if you can.
3. If you never used Google in TapYes, say so. There is no Tidalux account to delete. Clear the app on the phone instead.

What we delete

The hashed Google id and any encrypted prefs box stored for that spare key. We cannot read the medicine name inside that box. We still delete the box.

What we do not hold, so cannot delete from a server

Yes logs, the name on the button, times, and look live on your phone. They are not an account. Uninstall TapYes, or clear TapYes storage, to remove them. That is instant.

Google’s own account is Google’s. Revoke TapYes under Google Account, Security, Third-party access if you want that gone too.

How long

We aim to finish server deletion within 14 days. We do not keep a frozen copy. We may keep the deletion email itself for up to 12 months as a record of the request.

There is no paid subscription to cancel first. Reminders stay free.
