This policy is for TapYes, published by Tidalux Ltd. TapYes is a working-memory reminder. It is not a clinic, not the NHS, not a medical device, and not medical advice.

What stays on your phone

The name on Yes, reminder time, how loud, look, colour, optional cutoff, optional cues, optional supplements, and Yes logs stay on this device (or in this browser). Yes logs are never sent to Tidalux.

On a phone, that store is encrypted on device. Uninstalling TapYes, or clearing TapYes storage, removes it.

Optional Google spare key

You can skip Google. TapYes still works. If you choose the spare key, TapYes asks Google for openid only. No email scope. No contacts. The app keeps a hashed Google user id on the device so it can recognise the same spare key later.

If a backup host is switched on, Tidalux stores only that hashed id and an encrypted prefs box we cannot read. The medicine name is not stored in plaintext on our servers. Yes logs still never leave the phone. If no backup host is on, nothing from TapYes is sent to Tidalux.

What we do not do

No ads. No analytics SDK. No crash reporter. No sale of data. No streaks sold to anyone. We do not use your data to train models. We do not show third-party advertising.

Notifications

Reminders are scheduled on the device at the intensity you pick. Once is the default. Sound is never the default. We do not use those notifications to collect data.

Children

TapYes is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

How long we keep it

On-device data stays until you delete the app, clear storage, or overwrite it in Options. Server backup, if any, stays until you ask us to delete it, or you overwrite it with a new spare-key save.

Delete the optional account and any associated server box: tapyes.ch/delete.html

Delete data without deleting the account: tapyes.ch/delete-data.html

We aim to action email requests within 14 days. Usually it is faster.
